Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company seeks a floral associate to create attractive arrangements and maintain department quality. You will take orders in person, online, or by phone, assist with displays, and ensure proper stock levels and freshness in a busy retail setting.

This role requires basic floral knowledge, attention to detail, and strong customer service. You may work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in our floral department.

Qualifications

• Typically involves on‑the‑job training.
• Must be 21+ to drive for Company business per policy.

Responsibilities

• Create floral and plant arrangements with basic floral design knowledge.
• Take customer orders in person, online and by phone.
• Schedule and participate in delivery of floral arrangements.
• Prepare flowers for arrangement by clipping, hydrating, and feeding.
• Assist with building product displays for events, holidays, and promotions.
• Maintain stock on shelving and display units and rotate product for quality.
