Job summary

Mayesh is looking for a dependable Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to handle local deliveries, regional flower farm pickups, and warehouse tasks. You will ensure safe transport, proper product handling, and timely distribution to customers nationwide.

The role requires driving vehicles under 26,000 lbs, loading/unloading, inventory organization, and assisting with orders. Flexible shifts up to 12 hours and a team-focused environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; CDL is a plus.
• Experience driving large vans or trucks preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts up to 12 hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle local deliveries and regional pickup runs.
• Support warehouse operations including receiving, packing, loading, shipping, and staging.
• Organize cooler inventory and rotate floral products to maintain quality.
• Prepare retail-ready floral bundles and customer orders.
• Safely operate company vehicles and maintain driving logs.
• Adhere to safety policies and transportation regulations.
