Job summary

The Kroger Co. in the United States is seeking a Floral Clerk to assist in the design and merchandising of floral items and to provide courteous customer service across display and order fulfillment.

You will greet customers, create arrangements, handle orders, maintain a clean and organized department, operate the register, and help ensure freshness and proper signage while complying with company policies. Weekend/holiday availability is required.

Job description

Assist in the design and/or merchandising of floral items and arrangements for display/sale or in response to customer requests. Provide various customer services. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

• Assist and greet customers promptly and provide them with great service
• Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions
• Help design and create floral arrangements and/or other items to fill customer orders

• Maintain customer records and files properly
