Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is hiring for a floral department position. You will assist customers, design floral arrangements, and process orders with a focus on accuracy and friendly service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the register, merchandising, packing orders, and maintaining a clean, organized department. Weekend and holiday availability is required to support store needs.

• Maintain floors clean, safe, and free from clutter.
• Maintain plants, process and prepare flower arrangements and fill balloons.
• Maintain signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, quality and space allocation.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as laws.
• Operate cash register in accordance with procedures.
• Maintain flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Assist in the design and/or merchandising of floral items and arrangements for display/sale or in response to customer requests. Provide various customer services.Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
