Job summary

Kroger is seeking a floral department associate to assist in designing and merchandising floral items, greeting customers, and processing orders in a fast-paced store environment. You will help create arrangements, package orders, and maintain department organization while upholding Kroger’s values.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, handling phone orders, maintaining displays, and ensuring product freshness and proper signage. Weekend and holiday availability is required where needed.

• Maintain proper signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, quality and proper space allocation for merchandise.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws.
• Operate cash register in accordance with company procedures, as applicable.
• Maintain flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
