Job summary

Kroger is seeking an associate to assist in designing and merchandising floral items and to provide excellent customer service at the Cincinnati location. You will greet customers, help design arrangements, process orders, and maintain a clean, well-organized department.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work weekends/holidays. Prior grocery retail and cash handling experience are a plus.

• Maintain proper signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, quality and proper space allocation for merchandise.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws.
• Operate cash register in accordance with company procedures, as applicable.
• Maintain flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
