Job summary

The Kroger Co. Floral Department is seeking a friendly associate to assist customers, design and prepare floral arrangements, and service orders in a fast-paced store environment.

You will greet customers, package orders, and keep displays tidy while maintaining safety and product quality. Weekend/holiday availability and reliability are valued; training is provided for product knowledge and safety policies.

Assist in the design and/or merchandising of floral items and arrangements for display/sale or in response to customer requests. Provide various customer services. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
