The Kroger Family of Companies is hiring for a floral/merchandising associate at our Caldwell, ID location. You will assist customers, help design floral arrangements, and keep the department organized and well-stocked.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing orders, operating the cash register, and supporting the team in decorating and merchandising duties. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

• Keep carts, tools, and supplies in their designated areas and well organized
• Keep floors, clean, safe, and free from clutter
• Maintain plants, process and prepare flower arrangements and fill balloons
• Maintain proper signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, quality and proper space allocation for merchandise
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws
• Operate cash register in accordance with company procedures, as applicable
• Maintain flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
