Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a friendly Floral Assistant to support design, merchandising, and customer service in our floral department. You will assist in creating arrangements, greeting customers, and ensuring accurate orders while keeping the department orderly and stocked.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, safety, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays as needed.

• Assist in decorating and merchandising the department
• Keep carts, tools, and supplies in their designated areas and well organized
• Keep floors, clean, safe, and free from clutter
• Maintain plants, process and prepare flower arrangements and fill balloons
• Maintain proper signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, quality and proper space allocation for merchandise
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws
• Operate cash register in accordance with company procedures, as applicable
• Maintain flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
