Job summary

Ritz-Craft Corporation of PA is seeking a skilled Flooring & Tile Installer to join our production team. This role installs LVP/LVT flooring, ceramic tile backsplashes, and shower doors in manufactured homes, ensuring quality, craftsmanship, and safety.

You will measure, cut, fit, grout, and inspect installations, read work orders, and operate hand and power tools safely on a busy factory floor. Attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of hands-on experience installing LVP/LVT flooring, ceramic tile, or shower doors.
• Ability to measure, cut, and fit materials accurately.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Install Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) and Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring.
• Measure, cut, fit, and secure flooring materials according to specifications.
• Install ceramic tile backsplashes in kitchens, bathrooms, and other designated areas.
