Job summary

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring a Service Foreperson to lead field crews in flooring services including polished concrete and epoxy systems. You will diagnose issues, supervise crews, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across commercial, industrial, and retail sites.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a willingness to travel; a driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential, with opportunities for advancement through our Field

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems.
• Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards.
• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety rules and regulations.
• Proper use of equipment and materials.
• Strive to meet and exceed production targets.
• Input timely hours.
• Supervise flooring service maintenance crews.

• Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays & holidays
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
