Job summary

West Shore Home in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Flooring Installer to safely install new flooring and trim. You’ll load materials at the warehouse by 6:30 AM, travel to homes, greet customers, and perform installations per SOP, ensuring a clean, well-presented job site.

This role requires basic hand and power tool knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and reliability. Training is provided; the team supports growth with competitive pay, benefits, and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.

• Demo and remove existing flooring, install replacement floors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.

Position: Flooring Installer
Location: Huntsville, AL
Schedule: Monday-Friday with a start time of 6:30 AM

Purpose of Position:

The Flooring Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.

Key Role Accountabilities:

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Demo and remove existing flooring, install replacement floors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse

Compensation:

• The approximate hourly for this position is $17-$20 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
