Refloor is hiring skilled LVP flooring installers to join America’s fastest growing flooring company. We provide steady work with a guaranteed 5- to 6-day schedule and top pay in the industry.

You’ll install luxury vinyl plank flooring, handle materials, and complete jobs efficiently. Weekly pay, immediate start, and a dedicated support team help you focus on delivering quality installations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of LVP flooring installation experience.
• Must own a truck or van.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Monday to Friday with Saturday availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install LVP flooring on scheduled jobs across our service area.
• Load materials and stage for fast loadouts.
• Provide high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
