Empire Today is seeking experienced residential flooring Installer Subcontractors in the Maryland Heights, MO area. This is a true independent contracting opportunity with pre-sold jobs; installers pick up flooring and supplies from the warehouse and complete installations.

Contractors can expand by transferring to other cities, growing their crews, and leveraging Empire's support network. Expect to earn based on crews and load, with flexibility and recurring work throughout the year.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of flooring installation experience.
• Independent Installer Subcontractor with own vehicle and flooring installation tools.

Responsibilities

• Install residential flooring using Empire Today materials from the warehouse.
• Document job progress using the Field Service Mobile App up to 16 days in advance for planning and scheduling.
• Serve as an independent subcontractor, with opportunities to expand to other cities/states with multiple crews.
