Position Overview:

We're seeking experienced Flooring Installers with expertise in tile and carpet to join our team for residential projects. If you're passionate about craftsmanship and delivering high-quality flooring solutions, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Install tile and carpet flooring in residential homes to high standards
• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit spaces
• Collaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety protocols and use necessary protective gear

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in tile and carpet installation
• Vehicle: Must have a vehicle suitable for transporting materials and tools
• Tools: Must own all necessary tools for flooring installation, including safety gear
• Crew Size: Ability to work in a team of 2-3 crews (1 Lead + 1-6 installers)
• Location Preferences: Priority given to candidates based in Atlanta, GA
• Background Check: All candidates will undergo a background check
