What You’ll Do

• Assist installers: prepare and install flooring products.
• Keep tools organized and keep the job site orderly and clean.
• Work with installers to keep the job moving efficiently.
• Install carpet, vinyl, hardwood, tile, and window treatments.
• Interact with staff and customers.
• Warehouse and inventory management; receive and unload delivery trucks of merchandise; keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Work alongside showroom and construction site colleagues.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Prioritize and manage time effectively.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years old or older.
• 3+ years of installation experience.
