Job summary

Floor Coverings International of Metro OKC is seeking experienced flooring installation companies and crews to partner on residential projects in the Oklahoma City metro area. This is an independent contractor opportunity for an established installation business, not an employee role.

Installers will handle labor, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and must meet insurance and business requirements.

Qualifications

• Operate as an established business
• Maintain appropriate business registration and documentation
• Carry commercial general liability insurance
• Carry workers' compensation insurance as required by law
• Maintain appropriate automobile/business insurance for company vehicles as applicable
• Provide proof of required insurance coverage and documentation
• Provide your own tools, equipment, vehicles, and supplies necessary to perform the work
• Be responsible for your own employees or subcontractors
• Meet all applicable federal, state, and local requirements for operating your business

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and small commercial flooring installations according to project specifications and manufacturer requirements.
• Install hardwood, LVP/LVT, laminate, carpet, tile, stair treads, baseboard and trim installations.
• Provide labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision to complete contracted work.

Floor Coverings International of Metro OKC is looking for experienced, professional flooring installation companies and crews to partner with us on residential flooring installation projects throughout the Oklahoma City metropolitan area.

This is an independent contractor opportunity for an established installation business, not an employee position. What You'll Do

Our installation partners will perform residential and small commercial flooring installations according to project specifications and manufacturer installation requirements. Projects may include:

• Hardwood flooring installation
• Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and luxury vinyl tile (LVT)
• Laminate flooring
• Carpet installation
• Tile installation
• Stair and stair-tread installations
• Baseboard and trim-related installation work
• Removal and disposal of existing flooring when included in the project

You will be responsible for providing the labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete contracted installation work.
