FSM Flooring and Interiors of Southeast Michigan is hiring skilled flooring installers to prepare and install flooring with meticulous care. You will maintain tools, review project details, and work safely at customer sites while ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction.

You will travel to multiple sites during the week and interact professionally with clients in their homes. Ideal candidates bring strong experience in flooring installation, a valid driver's license, the ability to lift

Qualifications

5 years in flooring installation.
Valid driver’s license and functioning vehicle.
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly.
Travel throughout the week to various work locations.

Responsibilities

Prep and install flooring according to procedures with high attention to detail.
Keep tools organized and maintain a safe/work site.
Understand project scope before starting and review project file.
Handle company machinery and power tools correctly.
Perform simple math and measurements accurately.
Interact with customers courteously in their home.
Ensure high quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Frequent travel across the week to different sites.
