Job summary

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is seeking a Flooring Foreperson to lead polished concrete and hard surface flooring projects. You will oversee on-site crews, ensure safety compliance, and drive production efficiency in commercial, industrial, and retail settings. Ideal candidates have commercial flooring experience, are willing to travel, and can work overnights and weekends.

A valid driver’s license, the ability to pass a drug screen, and U.S. work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Commercial flooring experience preferred.
• Willing to travel and stay out of town.
• Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays & holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test.

Responsibilities

• Install polished concrete and hard surface flooring systems
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations
• Proper use of equipment and materials
• Strive to meet and exceed any and all production targets
• Input timely hours
