Job summary

We are hiring Flooring Crew & Foreman positions in a dynamic, safety-conscious environment with family- and employee-owned values.

Compensation includes a pay rate of $15-$25/hour based on experience, an hourly bonus program, comprehensive health coverage, 401(k) with company match,

Qualifications

• Commercial flooring experience preferred.
• Willing to travel and stay out of town.
• Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays & holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test.

Responsibilities

• Install polished concrete and hard surface flooring systems.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety rules and regulations.
• Proper use of equipment and materials.
• Strive to meet and exceed production targets.
• Input timely hours.
