Job summary

Crothall Healthcare in Harlingen, TX seeks a Floor Technician to maintain and restore hard-surface floors using industrial equipment. This full-time role requires knowledge of floor care methods and adherence to safety practices.

You will operate automated floor-cleaning gear, perform carpet/upholstery work, and complete restorative tasks across different floor types while supporting other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Prior floor care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance procedures.
• Operate industrial floor care equipment.
• Clean large areas of floor surface using automated equipment.
• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning techniques including shampooing and stain removal.
• Perform maintenance and restoration for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
