Job summary

Vi at Bentley Village is seeking a Floor Technician for a full-time role in Naples, Florida. You will operate standard housekeeping equipment to restore and maintain carpet and hard surface floors across the community's common areas.

A valid driver’s license is required where applicable. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment, with paid time off available from day one and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in floor care, housekeeping, or janitorial work in Hospitality, Healthcare, Environmental Services, or Senior Living Environment.
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable.
• Knowledge of floor care procedures and chemical solution/dilution ratios.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine carpet and hard surface floor restoration and maintenance in the community's common areas.
• Performing minor repairs on an as needed basis.
• Cleans common areas of the community.

An opportunity exists on our highly accomplished housekeeping team. The selected candidate will operate standard housekeeping equipment in:

• Performing routine carpet and hard surface floor restoration and maintenance in the community's common areas.
• Performing minor repairs on an as needed basis.repairs. Cleans common areas of the community.

Qualifications

Qualified applicants will preferably possess a minimum 2 years of experience in floor care, housekeeping, or janitorial work in a Hospitality, Healthcare, Environmental Services, or Senior Living Environment. Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable.
