Job Title: Floor Technician

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Floor Technician positions at Crothall Healthcare.

Location: MedStar MOB - 13950 Brandywine Road, Brandywine, MD 20613. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full and part-time; days and hours may vary. Must be able to work evening shifts. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Previous experience preferred but not required. Willing to train!

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment.

Essential Functions

1. Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and use proper procedures including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and buffing.
2. Operate various industrial floor care equipment.
3. Utilize automated equipment for large area cleaning.
4. Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning including shampooing, spot cleaning, vacuuming.
5. Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor types.
6. Other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications

• Experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.
