Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is hiring a full-time Floor Technician at Texas Health Denton. You'll be responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial equipment. Strong knowledge of safety procedures and previous experience are preferred.

Shifts are from 5:00 pm to 1:30 am with some rotating weekends. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, and open availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Floor Technician position.

Location: Texas Health Denton - 3000 North Interstate 35, Denton, TX 76201. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time schedule; open availability required. 5:00 pm to 1:30 am, rotating weekends. Days may vary. Further details upon interview.

Responsibilities

• Floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and use proper procedures on hard floors including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment and utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery procedures including shampooing, damp sanitizing, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Compensation
