• Uses automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Performs carpet and upholstery cleaning including shampooing, damp surfaces, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming.
• Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

• Schedule: Full time schedule. 7:30 am - 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm - 5:30 am. Days may vary. Further details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior floor care experience required.
• Pay Range:$18.00 per hour to$19.00per hour.

Job Summary

Summary:Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment.

Essential Functions:

• Maintains knowledge of principles of hard-surface floor maintenance and use proper procedures on hard floor care including stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment
