Uses proper equipment, including: commercial vacuums, auto scrub machines, cord burnishes, buffers, upright scrubbing machines, mops, and other necessary equipment, tools, products, and supplies to complete daily assignments as needed.2. Performs general operational maintenance on equipment i.e., checks, electrical cords, water levels in batteries, etc. Ensures all equipment is clean, safe, and is in good working condition. Follows all sign in/out procedures. Identifies maintenance needs, other than routine. Correctly reports and tags all broken equipment.3. Performs cleaning other than would normally be considered routine, i.e., flood or disaster clean up, terminal cleaning, construction cleaning, etc.4. Uses chemicals and cleaning agents safely and follows all MSDS guidelines and precautions. Follows all safety precautions.5.
