Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a dependable Floor Technician to help maintain a clean, safe environment for residents, staff, and guests in Texas. You will perform floor care, restock supplies, and engage with residents and visitors to promote a welcoming atmosphere.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team or independently in a fast-paced setting.

Your Impact as a Floor Technician

In this role, you will:

• Maintain Cleanliness: Clean assigned areas such as bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces through mopping, scrubbing, buffing, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting

• Restock Supplies: Replenish paper products, soap, and other essential items as needed

• Engage with Others: Interact respectfully and professionally with residents, staff, and visitors to foster a welcoming environment
