Oakview Health & Rehab in Summerville, GA is seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients and staff. You will dust, sweep, mop, buff, strip, and wax floors, store equipment after shifts, and report repairs as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and requires reliable teamwork, good communication, and basic computer skills (Outlook/Excel/Word). This is a full-time position with competitive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates.

Responsibilities

• Dust, sweep, mop, buff, strip, and wax floors as scheduled by supervisor.
• Clean and store equipment at the end of each shift.
• Report any needed repairs.
• Perform waste disposal procedures as required by supervisor.
• Assist in the proper care and use of housekeeping equipment.
• Promotes the image and reputation of the System by servant leadership and open communication.
• Contributes to committees, workgroups, and project management.
