Responsabilidades Incluyen, Pero No Se Limitan a

• Operar equipos de limpieza de pisos, como máquina scrubber, swing machine y extractor de alfombras.
• Mantener las áreas de trabajo y el equipo en condiciones listas para inspección.
• Seguir los horarios de trabajo y limpieza asignados.
• Limpiar y guardar correctamente el equipo después de cada turno.
• Realizar otras tareas según sea necesario.

The Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building by performing floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are essential. A company van and equipment are provided.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Operate floor care equipment, including walk-behind scrubbers, swing machines, carpet extractors, and other equipment.
• Maintain work areas and equipment in inspection-ready condition.
• Follow assigned work and cleaning schedules as closely as possible.
• Clean and properly store equipment after each shift.
• Perform other duties as needed.
