Job summary

Boxer Property Management is seeking a dependable Floor Technician to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our retail properties. You will perform floor care tasks including scrubbing, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extracting, and mopping to enhance appearance and safety of our facilities.

Education includes a high school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided. You will operate scrubbers, buffers, and extraction equipment, follow safety protocols, and work

• Knowledge of floor care techniques for various surfaces.

• Understanding of proper use of floor care chemicals and products.
