Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated's Presque Isle Downs & Casino in Erie, PA is seeking an energetic team member to help keep the casino floor sparkling and welcoming. You’ll operate floor care machines, tidy gaming areas, restaurants, restrooms, and public spaces to maintain a polished casino environment.

No experience? No problem! If you’re at least 18, willing to roll up your sleeves, and can keep up with the action, we’ll provide the tools and training you need to succeed.

Qualifications

• 1 year housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor care machines (buffers, scrubbers, vacuums) to clean various floor types.
• Perform general housekeeping duties on gaming areas, restrooms, lobby and dining venues.
• Wipe down equipment, sweep, mop, and dispose of trash as assigned.
• Follow management instructions and safety guidelines.

We're looking for an energetic team member to help keep our casino floor sparkling during 3rd shgift! From operating floor care machines to tidying up our gaming areas, restaurants, and restrooms—you’ll play a key role in creating a clean, welcoming space for guests. No experience? No problem! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all floor care machines. This includes, but is not limited to, machines such as buffers, scrubbers, and industrial vacuums to care for floors of vinyl, hardwood, concrete, tile, and carpet. This position is also responsible for all other facility housekeeping duties as assigned including cleaning gaming machines, casino floor, rest rooms, lobby, entrance way, dining rooms & bars. This position will also wipe down equipment, sweep, mop, & trash disposal, and be responsible for all other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1-year housekeeping experience preferred but not required. Candidate must be physically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation. Candidate must be at least 18 years of age. Candidate must be able to obtain appropriate licensing.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent.
