Job summary

Lowry Hills Care and Rehabilitation is seeking a Floor Technician to maintain clean, safe areas for residents. Part-time schedule Fri-Sun, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM; wage $17.50–$18.00 per hour, experience preferred.

Responsibilities include routine floor care, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and adherence to safety and PPE requirements; prior experience in skilled nursing facilities and leading janitorial staff is a plus.

• 1 year floor care (Preferred)
• Experience in skilled nursing care facilities is a plus
• Experience leading janitorial workers is a plus

Responsibilities

• Mandatory compliance with all safety requirements and procedures including use of personal protective equipment
• Collection and removal of heavy-weight trash and debris
• Routine floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of carpets and hard surface floors
• Use of heavy floor equipment to wax and buff hard surface floors
• Detailed cleaning projects requiring keen attention to work quality
• Restroom cleaning and disinfecting of sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, and floors including cleaning of fixtures and replenishment of supplies
• Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned to you at any time with or without notice, Maintenance Directors or NHA.

Work Schedule: Part-Time / Friday - Sunday; 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay Rate: $17.50 - $18.00 / Hour depending on experience
