Job summary

Caring Place Healthcare Group is seeking a Floor Tech to maintain floors across the facility. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, waxing, and buffing, as well as cleaning drains and restocking supplies.

Candidates should have prior floor cleaning experience, be at least 18, and possess a minimum tenth grade education. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Cincinnati location with a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum tenth grade education
• Prior experience with floor cleaning/maintenance is required
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• General care of all types of floors throughout the facility including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, waxing, stripping and buffing of floors as needed
• Cleaning and maintenance of floor drains
• Dispose of trash and hazardous waste according to facility policies and procedures
• Cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms
• Ensure all equipment/tools, including cleaning chemicals, are properly stored at all times
• Restock housekeeping supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap/sanitizer dispensers as needed
• Performs minor maintenance/repair tasks
• Assist with moving furniture
