Job summary

The Floor Tech will dust, sweep, mop, buff, and strip floors, store equipment after use, report repairs, and assist with waste disposal under supervision, contributing to a comfortable patient environment.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training provided.
• Experience with cleaning products, procedures, and healthcare facilities preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

JOB PURPOSE:

Performs various tasks to provide a clean environment for our patients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Dust, sweep, mop, buff, strip, and wash floors as scheduled by supervisor.
2. Clean and store equipment at the end of each shift.
3. Report any needed repairs.
