New Braunfels Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in New Braunfels, Texas is seeking a Floor Technician to join our environmental services team. The role supports patient care by maintaining clean, safe, and orderly patient areas and common spaces in a fast-paced inpatient setting.

The ideal candidate has prior floor technician or environmental services experience and can follow established procedures, schedules, and confidentiality requirements while working closely with hospital staff.

Qualifications

• Previous floor technician/environmental services experience preferred.
• OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains prescribed standards of cleanliness for assigned areas and follows prescribed procedures and work schedules.
• Cares for hard surface floors.
• Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
