Job summary

Advanced is seeking a Floor Technician to maintain floors in a medical building setting. You will operate floor care equipment, ensuring a clean and safe environment for occupants and patients.

The role requires attention to detail, reliable transportation, and flexibility to work in the evenings or weekends as needed, with adherence to all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in floor care, janitorial, or custodial roles preferred.
• Valid Driver License to use company vehicles.
• Knowledge of different flooring materials and cleaning methods.
• Familiarity with floor care equipment (scrubbers, buffers, wet vacuums).
• Ability to lift/move heavy equipment and supplies.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of floors in a medical building setting.
• Operate floor care equipment (scrubbers, buffers, vacuums) as required.
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with other janitorial tasks as needed.
