Job summary

Focused Post Acute Care Partners FPACP is seeking a Floor Tech to maintain cleanliness, buff and wax floors, and manage facility trash. The role works with the housekeeping and maintenance director to uphold care standards daily.

This position requires a High School Diploma or GED and prior experience in industrial floor care, with physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in industrial floor care.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform related physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility cleanliness and buff/wax floors.
• Manage trash removal around the facility.
• Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance director.
• Notify supervisor when supplies or equipment need repair.
• Report areas of the facility requiring repair.
