Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Floor Tech to maintain cleanliness and appearance of floors in a long-term care facility. You will perform floor care tasks, operate equipment, and help ensure a safe, sanitary environment while delivering quality service to residents and staff.

Starting pay is USD 11.00 per hour with benefits and training opportunities. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work within a team to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Prior floor care experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care tasks including cleaning, buffing, and refinishing floors in resident rooms, common areas, and offices.
• Operate floor care equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain records of floor care activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
