Job summary

Healthwin Health and Rehabilitation in South Bend, IN is seeking a Floor Tech to maintain and restore various flooring throughout the facility. You will operate buffers, scrubbers, and other floor-care equipment while upholding safety and infection-control guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous floor care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of floor maintenance equipment and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and restore all types of flooring throughout the facility.
• Operate floor care equipment including buffers, burnishers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners.
• Strip, wax, polish, and refinish floors as needed.
• Clean and maintain carpets, tile, vinyl, and other flooring surfaces.
• Follow safety procedures and infection control guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and hazard-free.
