Job summary

The Lodge at Saginaw is seeking a dedicated Floor Tech to join our full-time team. The role supports our skilled nursing facility by assisting with maintenance tasks and ensuring a clean, safe environment for residents and staff. Schedule is 11am to 8pm, non-exempt.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, plus 1 year in healthcare maintenance. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and demonstrate compassion, reliability, and a commitment to health and safety standards.

• Schedule:11am to 8pm

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a skilled nursing facility setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Prior experience in a healthcare environment (minimum of 1 year); preferably in long term care
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• Supportive and compassionate
• Take pride in providing high quality care

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Technical school achievement a plus
• Hospital or healthcare experience for at least 1 year in maintenance a plus
