Job summary

Roanoke Rehabilitation & HealthCare Center in Roanoke, AL is seeking a Floor Technician to join our team. Responsibilities include performing daily janitorial services in accordance with applicable standards to support a healthcare environment.

The role emphasizes a positive attitude, respect for residents, and the ability to operate floor care equipment such as buffing machines. This is a full-time position at our Roanoke facility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of stripping and waxing techniques.
• Must be able to use buffing machine.
• Previous floor care experience is preferred, will train.
• Must have a positive attitude toward the elderly, maintain resident confidentiality, treat residents with kindness, dignity and respect.
