MultiCare Capital Medical Center is seeking a Floor Care Technician to provide high-quality floor care throughout the hospital.

This full-time, evening shift role focuses on maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for patients, visitors and staff, using approved floor care techniques and resources.

As part of a trusted hospital team, you will contribute to a clean, welcoming environment and support overall facility operations in Olympia, Washington.

Position Summary

The Floor Care Technician is responsible for providing the highest quality of floor care services to the hospital. The Floor Care Technician strives to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and staff by utilizing available resources and approved floor care techniques.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. The pay scale is $22.10 - $33.62 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
