Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc in Indiana seeks a Floor Tech to maintain clean, safe floors in a long-term care facility and to support a positive resident experience. You will perform buffing and refinishing tasks, operate floor care equipment, and follow infection control policies.

Previous floor care is preferred but not required; candidates must lift up to 50 lbs, stand and move for long periods, and reside in the service area. Join a team focused on excellence and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous floor care experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
• Residency within the service area required

Responsibilities

• All other duties as assigned.
