Job summary

Lincoln Park Care Center is seeking a Floor Tech to join our team in New Jersey. The role focuses on floor care including stripping, refinishing and buffing to keep resident areas safe and appealing. We offer a quick onboarding process and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in stripping, refinishing and buffing floors.
• Willingness to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Ability to follow directions from the Housekeeping Director.

Responsibilities

• Strip, refinish and buff floors as required.
• Clean and wax floors to maintain shine and safety.
• Take out the garbage and maintain cleanliness of areas.
• Perform painting and light maintenance tasks.
• Carry out any duties assigned by the Housekeeping Director.
