Job summary

Job description

Essential Duties

• Perform all assigned tasks in a professional and timely manner.
• Strip/wax VCT tiles (attention to detail is critical).
• Burnish floors with a high speed machine.
• Extract and bonnet carpets.
• Utilize appropriate chemicals and supplies according to policy and procedure.
• Support janitorial program (other duties as assigned).
• Work with little supervision.
• Report safety hazards when identified.
• Observe safety precautions at all times, use safety signs.
