Cherry Hill Rehabilitation & HealthCare Center in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Floor Technician to perform daily janitorial duties in our health care setting. The role requires attention to cleanliness, resident safety and adherence to regulatory standards.

Full-time hours with competitive pay and benefits are offered to join our compassionate team. The successful candidate will know stripping and waxing techniques, operate a buffing machine, and maintain a respectful, confidential environment

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of stripping and waxing techniques.
• Must be able to use a buffing machine.
• Previous floor care experience preferred; training is provided.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward residents with confidentiality and respect.

The Cherry Hill Rehabilitation & HealthCare Center in Birmingham, AL is currently seeking a Floor Technician to join our team. Responsibilities are to perform the day-to-day activities of janitorial services in accordance with current federal, state and local standards. If you have a positive attitude, have an desire and a passion to serve the rehabilitation and healthcare needs in both long-term and short-term care, we have an immediate opportunity for you!

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18-years of age
• High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree)
• Knowledge of stripping and waxing techniques
• Must be able to use buffing machine
• Previous floor care experience is preferred, will train
• Must have a positive attitude toward the elderly, maintain resident confidentiality, treat residents with kindness, dignity and respect
