Job summary

Ace Retail Group in Glendale, CA is seeking a Floor Supervisor to help manage store operations and support the General Manager in day-to-day duties. You will lead staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior retail management and hardware experience, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs. Starting pay is $18 per hour with benefits.

The Floor Supervisor will also assist in managing and directing staff to achieve company goals and objectives.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Customer ServiceProject a positive representation of Westlake Ace Hardware.Proactively assist customers in solving problems.Greet customers entering and throughout the store. Thank customers when finished and when they are leaving the store.Project a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.Ensure all calls and pages are answered promptly, courteously and effectively.Handle customer complaints.
