Job summary

Tommy Bahama is looking for an ambassador of our brand to lead store teams and deliver world class service. The role focuses on living the island life through stylish trends, growth opportunities, and guest experience.

You will mentor staff, maintain visual merchandising, coach peers, and help hire and develop a collaborative team. We value aloha spirit and strong guest service in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• You have 2+ years of Retail, with exposure to Retail Merchandising and Visual Concepts.
• You have experience supervising a team in a management capacity.
• You have strong leadership and organizational skills.
• You have a "get things done" mindset.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills with a variety of styles.
• You are a natural collaborator and are able to identify opportunities and take initiative.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business.
