Graziano’s in Miami, FL is looking for a Floor/Stocker to keep shelves organized, price items, and maintain inventory while ensuring a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will unload deliveries, label and stock merchandise, assist customers with questions, and help with checkout activities as needed. The role requires reliability in a fast-paced retail setting with opportunities to contribute daily.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and neat store appearance for our customers.
• Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness in the storeroom, especially when working with food products.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing product insight.
• Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries.
• Follow established procedures to label, track, and stock items properly.
• Ensure accurate product counts.
• Update product pricing labels as directed by your supervisor.
• Answer customers' questions about merchandise and advice customers on merchandise selection.
• Itemize and total customer merchandise selection at checkout counter, using cash register, and accept cash or charge card for purchases.
• Take inventory or examine merchandise to identify items to be reordered or replenished.
• Pack customer purchases in bags or cartons.
• Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred merchandise.
• Requisition merchandise from supplier based on available space, merchandise on hand, customer demand, or advertised specials.
• Transport packages to customers' vehicles.
• Stamp, attach, or change price tags on merchandise, referring to price list.
• Receive, open, unpack and issue sales floor merchandise.
• Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles.
