Job summary

Clean2TheKore is seeking a Floor Specialist to maintain hospital-wide hard floors and carpet in Chattanooga, TN. You will perform routine cleaning tasks and help with general housekeeping as needed.

Work hours are 3:00pm–11:30pm with a requirement for a background check, drug screen, and health screening. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and 1+ year of floor care experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of experience caring for hard floors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dust mop, mop, strip, refinish and burnish hard floors.
• Clean carpet using vacuums and carpet extractors.
• Run floor equipment like burnishers, scrubbers, wet vacs and iMop.
• Use floor chemicals and pads the right way, with proper PPE.
• Put out wet floor signs and other safety signage.
• Clean floors in patient rooms, offices, hallways and public restrooms.
• Follow a daily, weekly and monthly floor care schedule.
• Clean floor equipment and report any equipment problems.
• Help with general housekeeping duties when needed.

Clean2TheKore is hiring a Floor Specialist at a hospital in Chattanooga. You'll take care of the floors and carpet throughout the hospital and help with general housekeeping when needed.

What we're looking for

Before you start: background check and drug screen required. After that, we'll set up the hospital health screening. You must already have had the standard vaccinations (as a child or adult); the hospital gives boosters but not first-time shots.
